And never come again another day.
I over did it again! I've set off another lovely flare.

My joints are killing me tonight. Neck, shoulders, arms, back, knees, ribs, ankles, and anything else that moves.

I've rubbed down in bengay, taken my tramadol, and going to sleep with my spa wrap around me. skull

I would hug you but it will prob hurt you more if your anything like I am in flares. I'm trying to avoid the flare I feel coming on. It took me all afternoon to clean the kitchen but I kinda listened to what you said. I stopped after every task and rested up to an hour. My legs are swelled too. I do love your humor hon . Try to rest. Hope your out of the flare soon!

I'm in the same boat right now, which is why I am up at 2:30am. Woke up with my whole body hurting so bad. Like you, I must have over done it Thanksgiving. Why can't we ever get it just right? Hoping you feel better soon!

I just got over a bad one that lasted over a month. While still achey and stiff, feeling better. Love to you.. and hopes it is over soon.

Joy, hoping you are feeling better today...flares can sure make a person appreciate their "normal" days.
Hope this weekend will bring some relief!

Hugs, Robin

Thanks for all the hugs and healing thoughts. I spend Wednesday in the big city with my niece all day at the movies. Then yesterday went with my parents and niece for a big meal and shopping.

I just can't take two full days back to back in the city. The stress of the traffic and sunshine is too much for my fibro and lupus.
Today will be a PJ day and hope the extra pain will fade away soon.
