Welcome to the forum! When I started having symptoms, I did some back and forth with my primary care physician but she, at my request, sent me to the rheumatologist who diagnosed me immediately with fibromyalgia. You might look into that.
Thanks Bella, I'm just hanging in there for now.
My new Primary Quacktionier is starting to act annoyed that I have been in there with different aches and pains. I haven't had a primary Doc for years and years because I never got sick, I only went for my yearly Pap and mammogram and the Gynecologist ordered my blood tests, for thyroid meds and I am on a low dose of blood pressure med. Well that Doc retired and now my new Gyno said I needed a primary Doc because he can't be bothered with any other body parts. Well the doc I picked, I'm not happy with him.
It is hard to get into see somebody right away around here, I have another Doc picked out I want to start seeing but when I make an appointment it will most likely take about
6 weeks to get in. She is a Internist and I have a couple of relatives who started seeing her and they really like her a lot.
Not just on this forum, but some of my friends say the same things, Doc's focusing on our ages, I'm almost 62 and they tend to think anything that is wrong is because we are getting older. ARGH!!
I've never ever been one to run to the doctor over minor issues or even major ones, but now it seems it's all I do, it's just one thing after another. Aches and pains..etc...
