For a week now I've been trying to reset my sleep time. Over the last two years I've gradually got where I was awake at night and asleep for most of the day. I need ten hours to function due to my lupus and fibro.
I've been pushing myself by staying up later everyday and going to sleep after a set period of time.
Yesterday I pushed to the extreme unfortunately. I was awake from 6pm Thursday until 5pm Friday.
I fell asleep Friday and slept until 1am Today (Saturday). I woke up with a whopper of a headache. It took two tylenols and two ice bags to calm it down to a dull roar. I think it was due to the two very large cups of coffee I drank Friday morning.
It's now 4pm and I'm going back to sleep. I'm so scrambled up on the date that I can't tell if it's June yet. Catch you later.....
