I use the magnesium malate from Puritan.com and I take three in the morning and three at night. This give me not only the magnesium I need but also the amount of malic acid that has been proven in studies to help with pain for some with fibro. As always, what works for one doesn't necessarily work for another but many have had success with these.
Vitamin D depends on if you are low in D or not. I was so I've been taking 5,500 IU a day but that includes the D in my multiple vitamin and my calcium supplements. I get my vitamin D levels checked frequently.
I'll be praying these supplements work for you like they have for me.
