I am the first to read your post. We are not Doctors and cannot diagnose what is happening in you. There really is no test for Fibromyalgia. Your Doctor(s) will likely be trying to check for anything that might show up in the various tests you have had.
If you have pain signals you are correct in telling your Doctor(s) your symptoms. It can be rather scary until you get diagnosed. Do try to calm down until your Doctor(s) have an answer for you. No matter what is going on inside, extra stress is not going to help.
At the end of the day when your kids are asleep do take a soak in the tub and relax some. Epsom salt might help. I do have Fibromyalgia and it helps me. Focus on your kids, listen to music with them or go for a walk, just to take your mind off of pain until you find out what is wrong.
When you do get diagnosed, then you are very wise to read all you can. I guess unless you are a Doctor, you can't diagnose yourself.
A bit about
me. I have Osteoarthritis in my neck but I do know that carrying my son when he was small did not hurt my neck. I did have car accidents and they caused damage.
There are other very knowledgeable and friendly people on the boards that will welcome you too.
