Sounds about the same for me. When I'm listening to my body, that is. If I don't, then I might have an 80/20 (bad to good) week. If I am not too stressed, it's summer, and have some days off, it'll be a 80/20 (good to bad) week.
I have had some pretty rough days teaching dance at summer time (maybe 9-3), coming home and plopping in bed from 4-bedtime. The big difference is that I feel invigorated practicing my craft, pursuing my art, and there is less emotional or mental stress. I feel that I am fulfilling a dream despite the pain (and remember this may be one of the only job you are permitted to sit just about whenever you want, lie down, lean on the wall, crouch, jump, stretch, and I can shift gears in the middle of class just because I feel like it). Consider an office job (for me anyway), sitting, deadly dealing with office politics, constant talking, paperwork, panicking over meeting deadlines, obnoxious bosses, incompetent coworkers with clout, meaningless conversation at the "water cooler", etc. I'm ready to go home and dig my own grave after days of that.
