Hi, and welcome to the forum.
I have severe nerve pain in my left thigh, and neurontin has been a lifesaver, although I do have a lot of fatigue. My dosage is 200 mg 3-4 times a day (I take the fourth dose when I know I'm going to be on my feet more, like when I am cooking holiday dinners and such). If I had to choose which medicine to give up, which would be a very hard decision, I would probably choose to give up my pain meds instead of neurontin because the pain meds do not touch the nerve pain, and when the nerve pain is bad, I cannot even walk because of the stabbing pain (like an ice pick) in my left thigh. Yes, neurontin causes fatigue, but it's a trade-off.
I hope you continue to have success with neurontin.
