I have used a video by Leslie Sansone called the 1,2 3 Mile Super Fat Burner. I think that's the name. She has many walking in place videos and most are DVD's but this one is a VHS tape. I've never gotten a flare from it.
If you do it for 15 minutes. It's like you've walked one mile. Two minutes equals two miles, etc. Some aerobics is thrown in there, too. I only have done it for fifteen minutes.
What I really like is it's easy and I know what to do now so I can do this while watching a TV program instead of running the tape. It helps with boredom.
