You aren't alone. I'd be surprised if anyone simply accepted their Fibro dx without questions. It's difficult when it comes with no real answers, and like you said there are still so many other questions out there, and so many of the other tests come with false negatives, and then there is the fact that so many of us later "develop" other issues. My theory (and it's just that my theory) is that most of us with Fibro live outside of what is considered the "normal range" when it comes to testing. So, while we test "normal" for things, the reality may not be so simple. The "normal" range is based on averages, which means there are people whose normal numbers are above or below the "normal". Just like my normal temp is 2 degrees below "normal" which makes it rare for me to ever have an actual fever as far as docs are concerned (even in the midst of full-blown infections). We have no idea how many of our other numbers run outside the lines and throw off testing.
