Ladies, Even though we're done with cold weather here we're still having plenty of rain and thunderstorms. Most days are cloudy and I've not had a 'good' day in a long while. When I'm able, I try to push myself to spends days out and about
with my children. We have to stop for rest periods throughout the day but thankfully they understand. Of course, I pay for it later.
I have decided that I want to start a garden this year. I will do small raised beds gardens. I hope this will be therapeutic for me. My main concern is my allergies. I'm allergic to everything outside
I will be going to a new dr at the end of the month and I really hope he can help me find the right combination of meds to make my pain more manageable. I don't think my previous DO and I were on the same page, although she is the one who made my diagnosis. We just couldn't agree on the best course of treatment. I weaned off of the neurontin because I had gained over 35 lbs after working so hard to lose over 100 lbs. I don't want to put it all back on. I'm hoping together we can find something that helps but doesn't cause weight gain.
My Primarydoctor had my vitamin level checked and mine was severely low. I'm taking 50,000 units per week for 12 weeks to get it back up. We're hoping this will help with the pain and the fatigue.
Thanks for letting me join the conversation to vent.
