I have recently been seeing a chiropractic Dr. And he is doing wonders with me. I have stopped taking almost all my meds. I feel so much better! I would still like to keep coming and talking to you all, so I can keep track. My husband has recently been diagnosed with type 2 diabetes, I am treating it like everyone had it so that no bad for him food comes into my house. Wish me luck, and thank you all for your wonderful advise.

It's wonderful that you have found a doctor to help you. We really need to be proactive for healthy alternatives and you did just that.

Yes, keep in touch.

Fibromyalgia, CFS, MCS, scoliosis, herniated disks, spinal stenosis, osteoarthritis, sjorgens, sleep apnea, asthma, allergies, headaches. On a regiment of different supplements including sleep supplements. I eat nutritiously and do not eat foods I'm sensitive to and ever since a back injury triggered my fibromyalgia, I have been doing prescribed stretches twice daily.

That sounds great! I have had good results with my chiropractor too. I'm glad you found relief :)

Glad to here this! It's wonderful when you find a sweet spot.

I'm recently diabetic too. That's a good idea to have.
