So far I checked out the progressive muscle relaxation page and it's wonderful. I even printed out a copy to have handy. I'm excited to check the other link, too.
I'm thinking of getting one of those stretchy back brace 'thingies' to wear, even as a reminder to stand straight. I used to have one years back and it did help somewhat.
Great suggestion: Body awareness throughout the day. That seems key. Good reminder!
