I'm sure this is a stupid question, but have any of you either started a jogging program, or kept one up that you've had since before your Fibro hit you? I'm sure I'm just endulging in wishful thinking, but a 2-3 mile running program while in my 50's was the only thing that ever worked for weight loss. I've read that some people with Fibro do run, & I'd like to try it again. I'm approaching 72, & I have back issues much worse than in my 50s, so I'm sure I should just forget about
it, especially since I don't like walking, & every time this last summer I tried to get a walking program started, I'd get a flare from a weather change, & couldn't get started again. I gave you a subject line so you will get more responses.
