I had a pretty good string of nights having a normal sleep schedule, but my curiosity just messed with me tonight. I stayed up too many hours!

Do you mind me asking what chlordane is and how you were exposed..

Also what mitochondrial supplements are you speaking of?

Many years ago i was reading an alternative medicine newsletter..and the dr... Was writing about fibro and the mitochondria and our need to increase ATP..

I have taken corvalen m or a generic of it for decades because of his advice..it kept my energy levels up over the years..without it, my fatigue is overwhelming..

It worked great until my vit d levels crashed , since then its been hard to get back in balance..but i cannot function without that help.

Yesterday we made a holiday party and went shopping..i am paying for it, but can physically do it with the help of this energy drink..

D ribose greatly increases my energy..keeps me functional..when i first started it , after i drank it..a powder i mix in water..

I would jump right up and get busy...over time, it was not quite that overt a response..but if i miss a dose..i just drag

I have read that it works at the cellular level to increase atp in the mitochondria which is the cells engine..all i know is it has made a huge difference in what i can do and accomplish.

I did great on it for decades..not as well when after a bad winter my vit d was way low..but my doctor said 80 percent of his patients were testing low after a severe winter..

I had to increase my d again going into winter because i was at 30 at the end of august which is not optimal for me. I have symptoms of d deficiency at 30.

I do not eat enough eggs..i do use them in recipes..

Almost any food can come contaminated..
