I have a few questions about some symptoms I am having and wanted to know if anyone else has the same.
Burning on the bottom of my feet when I get up to walk on them, esp in the am. Sometimes tingling if I walk too much. Not severe but enough to notice it's there.

I have been on a schedule of getting up around 8 to 830 every morning. I am trying to get up earlier and found just an hour earlier makes a big difference. I am gonna have to keep my grandkids 2 days a week. They have to be here by 630. I'm gonna die! Lol Is it this hard for a normal person to get adjusted to a different schedule, or do our bodies fight us more?

Also, you would think doing more during the day would make you sleep better.. but it feels like it makes me stay up more!

Thanks for your 2 cents

How old are your grandkids? You could be sitting in a recliner until they get there. Have snuggle time on the couch watching cartoons or sesame Street.
Have easy fix breakfast foods, waffles, cereal, grits, oatmeal, biscuits in the microwave.
Your body will adjust with time.

They are 2.5 and 2 months old lol. Thankfully my fibro is better than it used to be. Not saying it won't flare, but I know how to slow down. Hubby helps alot too.
I just feel like the fibro fights me when I get up earlier than normal. (And when over cleaning lol)
