Yikes,

I took a nasty fall last week..missed the tractor with my face by an inch,

Pulled a tendon, pretty much beat up my entire right side..

As you guys know its harder to recover with fibro..but i am coming along and am lucky i did not break things..

So i am more quiet right now..

Take it easy out there😊

Wow, Lj! I'm so sorry to hear this. Yep, you discover muscles you never knew you had when you take a bad fall. But you know how to get back on your feet. It does take time but you know you will be fine.

Just REALLY pace yourself and don't sit too long or those muscles will seize up on you. I'm so glad you didn't break any bones. Just take a day at a time and before you know it that stupid fall will only be a bad memory.
