Yesterday, just randomly...

I had a spot on my hip area that was just hurting and glitchy.i had no idea what was going on...

So finally late in the day.. i thought..wonder if its a trigger point..

So i layed on the bed with a small ball under it.lwhen i got back up the pain was gone..

I sure wished i had thought of that earlier in the day!

Wonder how often its a trigger point ?

Well today is back to fall projects...

Muscles can do such weird things! I'll occasionally get strange twinges in the oddest places, then after a while they're gone.

You just reminded me that I really need to get that trigger point book. I have it written down, but have yet to get it.

Hope your Fall projects are going well. Today I pulled vines out of the garden and did a little raking. Leaves were falling like snowflakes and were so pretty. It was probably silly to even try to rake all those leaves, but it helped to get rid of some, anyway. Now I'm tired and need a break! smile

My fall projects are going slowly..the weather change..in the 30 s at night..really hit me hard..

I washed some windows today, the ones on my deck i do more often, than others..

Did some laundry, stretching, made dinner

On the weekend i was emptying drawers to clean out and working on our home office, which becomes more like a storage area : ( ..

I still have some forsythia that need trimmed this week as we are warming back up a few days..that was a spring project that never happened after i fell..🙃
