Good Morning everyone. Hopping you are waking to a good morning.
I am feeling tired today. Not so much physically now that I have gotten some help physically, but mentally I’m tired.

It seems I never get to stop studying and learning about being sick.
I have allot going on, Addison’s, Sjogren’s, Lupus, IgA deficiency, Hypothyroid, ITP, Fibro. There allot is symptomatic illness too but now thanks to my newest study I think allot of it is Fibro not a bunch of new diagnosis.

But I sure get tired of studying about how messed up I am.
It’s just not who I am in my soul.
But if I don’t study who will? I can only get the help I need if I have
Some kind of understanding of what is happening and how and why I feel the way I do.

I am not complaining as I am very fortunate, and I have learned how amazing the human body is and even with everything I still just keep on living and for the most part enjoying my life.
I just get tired of having to do it.
Last year it was it was ITP, now again soon it’s Fibro.

Is it okay if I ask allot of questions for a while?
It’s much easier than all the research on my own.
Plus the blue light bothers me.
Thanks, tuffymason

That's why we at each here...to help you and offer support! Don't hesitate to ask questions. This is how we learn best. I don't like to go to Dr. Google because there is a lot of misinformation out there and it also can frighten you. Come here and you will hear from people dealing with many of the same issues you are dealing with. You will learn first hand from people who are "walking in your shoes."

I have a slew of illnesses also...most of us do. It's easy to blame fibro for our symptoms and that can be a big mistake. You can learn a lot here but do check in with your doctor several times a year and discuss anything new that is happening. If your doctor doesn't believe in Fibro, find one that does. I have a board certified rheumatologist and a board certified Internist who know about fibromyalgia. I just had my Internist appointment yesterday. Talking with him gives me peace of mind and I don't sit home and worry. The same with my rheumatologist.

So...ask your questions and we will do our best to answer them.

P.S. Thanks for the spaces between your paragraphs! That helped me a lot.

Hi, tuffymason!

I like very much the way you write/think. May I ask you what is your education/occupation.

A question for Forum Moderator: Is there a way to send a private message to a forum member? Thanks!

Kodaska, if you click on their name at the left of their post, it takes you to their profile. If they want to be contacted, the member usually has an email address in their profile. That's the only way. We do not allow contact info on the open forum because anyone who owns a computer can get it and that isn't a good idea. Only HealingWell members can see another member's profile and contact info.

Hope that helps you.
