High ana (1:1280)

Hi everyone,

I need some help with my an a results. I've had ana done twice, the first time the result was 1:320 with a nuclear pattern, then a month and a half later it was 1:1280 with a fine speckled pattern.
Initially before the second ana result my thumb told me I had fibro, after seeing the second result he says it is still fobro. My question is, does fibro get high ana results? I'm really confused because I thought fibro didn't even have ana positive results!

Every other test(enas,ccp,rtc) has been negative. Any i sights?

Fallen4music, try not to let the positive ANA throw you off course. People can have a positive ANA & have nothing wrong with them. And you are correct about ANA not being related to Fibro. The mod in this forum is a lady named Sherrine & she has a lot of experience with Fibro. By chance is this a rheumatologist that is giving you the dx for Fibro?
