Same to you, Sherrine! I hope your day was beautiful.

Mine was. We even had snow, are still having it in fact. We sure do need it, so I'm trying to make myself be glad ;)

Merry Christmas a little late! We had a beautiful Christmas, and a little snow on Christmas Eve. Right now we're below zero, but Christmas and it's memories tend to keep me warm. smile

Sherrine: True! "We may have health issues, but we all are very blessed." I certainly feel that way!

Merry Christmas, everyone! We also were treated to a white Christmas. The lights and gatherings really lifted my mood.

I was in great spirits until I saw the photos. I thought I looked fairly good on Christmas, but after seeing the photos, I don't even recognize myself. I look ILL and scary, such a huge downer.

I had the same thing happen. My daughter took several selfies with me at a party. I thought they were just for her. Well, she picked one...the one where she looked the best...and posted it on FaceBook! The next day she showed my other daughter the picture she had posted and they both were laughing at how I looked in the picture! OMG! I not only had a bow stuck on the top of my head but I hadn't realized I had developed a turkey neck! ๐Ÿ˜‚ I look ancient and probably will never allow pictures taken of me again. Yes, I'm vain. ๐Ÿ˜‚

But, CatLady, you and I had a good time and that really is the most important thing. I'm glad you got out and enjoyed your white Christmas!

Happy New Year Sherrine - thank you for all the comfort you give people on this site.

It is -2 degrees here in Wisconsin. When my muscles constrict from the cold it HURTS.

Luckily this year we are able to go to Florida for January and February. Leaving soon, Can't wait.

My wish for everyone is to have less pain in 2018 and forever!

Oops, I thought I was posting in the Lyme disease forum. It's nice to know that others can relate to the scary photo horror (although I'm sorry to those who can). Struggles with chronic illnesses are universal, and I'm so thankful for forums like these.

Thank you for the well wishes, Sherrine! I might stop by more often, haha.

Happy new year!
