I've been doing a little reading up on the subject of allergies and fibromyalgia being related. I have found websites that say yes they are.
I, myself, have noticed that when I'm exposed to an allergic environment or if I eat a food I'm allergic or sensitive to, my fibromyalgia symptoms become much worse.
My ENT recently put me on Flonase and I've found my ability to sleep has improved. But, if I eat something I shouldn't or expose myself to an allergen my ability to sleep is greatly affected.
I know it sounds as if I keep myself in a bubble, but I don't. I often venture outside of my so-called bubble and test how I do without thinking about
it. I guess allergies are cumulative and the more we're exposed to, if you happen to have allergy issues, the worse our reactions can be.
Has anyone else noticed these things?
