I received a weighted blanket for Christmas. My first thought was, "Uh oh--this will never work with my fussy body!" but of course, I didn't say that out loud!
But--I love it!!
While I can't use it on my legs or feet (they're liable to spasm or cramp), I curl up the blanket next to me and drape part of it across my upper body. Not only is it warm, but it seems to help keep me in a deeper sleep.
Now I just wonder what I'll do when the weather warms up and it's no longer blanket weather! Maybe they should invent some sort of a summer weighted blanket??? Ha ha. I guess that wouldn't work, eh?
