Best Pillow?

Hello my fellow fibro family,

It's been a bit I know...but I have a question...I am a side/back sleeper. I found a wonderful pillow that worked great for a bit, I stopped having the daily headaches...I used it for about a year...now it's not working.
I really need a good support pillow that is not too firm...I just want to go thru a day without a headache.

Why don’t you buy another one of those pillows that helped you so much? With the weight of your head and possibly part of your shoulders on it day after day, it probably has just worn down. It just might be time for a new one.

My back started hurting me so badly all of a sudden when I was in bed. I thought I might need a new bed but I tried flipping the mattress over and that worked! My bed is just great!
