Welcome: This is the best forum I have found since I was diagnosed around June 2007. Everyone has been of help to me. I still have alot to learn. Sharing our thoughts, feelings, and concerns. Helps a great help.

Lucy I have read your posts to others but I have not heard how you are doing. Have you been to the Dr. lately. I went to the podiatrist on Monday. For a bone spur on my heel and he told me both of my feet were in bad shape and should get worked on very soon. I'm not sure the Team of Doctors on my case are going to allow me to get anything done besides get cortisone shots. My son tells me "mom you just opened up another can of worms". When it rains it pores. Hope you are doing well. Would like to hear from you. june

Hi, and thanks for the welcome.
It is moving to read the posts of support and help that are on this forum. I hope that I will be of help to someone here. I know how easy it is to fall into a feeling of helplessness and depression.
Pink Grandma - thanks for all of your concern and care!
Hi Shelley - I do think that we have the best moderator. Thanks for the note!
Hi Lucy - Right now I'm pretty strong and hope to share some strength and for a selfish kinda guy, whatever comfort I can.
Hi June - I am sure that this last year has been rough on you. Hep and its ramifications are difficult at best and I am glad that you found this forum where you can share your concerns and find others who will help you carry the load. For better or worse, Hep (A, B, non-A non-B, C) has been part of my life over the last 40 years (I'm 57) and so it is simply a part of who I am. I feel lucky to have had such a long time to consider how it will play out for me. Keep the faith and don't let ba*****s get you down.
If I weren't having so much fun with you guys,
I'd love to be out sailing on Long Island Sound
Woodmont on the Sound, Connecticut
