It's a cruel world we live in, taunting us with all its beauty, leaving us  hoping for one more day. Having a bad day wishing it would all end like it started 3 years ago when I once again had this night terror. Which has haunted me since I was very young. I't kind of like the grim reaper. I remember having this shadowey figure coming toward me very slowly first time . I ran past it not knowing I needed to be near someone . Of course everyone was sleeping. So I slept on a chair in the kitchen, which was the closest room to my mom and dad. Since then I have had it many times even after I was marrid once my husband stopped me from jumping out a two story building. Numerous times husband has had to stop me while running each time I have that dream he comes closer and closer.
iThe last time December 14, 2006. He was right in my face,So I ran looking for my husband  who actually was right next to me. I was sprinting so fast I thought I had seen him go into the bathroom so I ran faster an bam two time sort of like a rubber band. Then I don't remember a thing. The next morning I remember my grand kids we there and I just sat. Till my daughter in law came for the kidsl She took one look at me and insisted I go to the Hospital So after three hours She finally convinced me by threatning me with an "I'll call an ambulance"  so there I was not able to sign my name. Then about  a dozen Dr. asking me questions and i had to think for sooo long to give an answer. Then the feeling of having a bucket over my head. My brothers and sisters lined up against the wall.  Tests  For every thing especially my brain since I hit the door so hard,Well after a week and a half, they realize it was an overload of ammonia so they let me go home with my lactulose  . Checked me every three weeks for six months, then it  was time for  a biopsy. After the gastro . did his thing. Didn't call back finally hubby called and his nurse told me the lab had let them know that the dr. had removed part of a limph node and some colon, know wonder I was in such pain worse then gallbladder surgery in the 70' they said no you'll have to waite a few months. NO NO now so they brought in someone who knew what he was doing. So now I know
Well by then we were scared so we insisted on another Dr. and biopsy, confused june

confused  I am so sorry that you have had to go through what you have. I am new to all this and it helps to know that sometimes my problems are not so bad. My husband found out in Janurary 2009 that he has hepatitis C. Since then he has gone downhill really fast. In March he was put in the hospital in ICU for 3 days because of the amonia in his body. And today out of the blue he ahd another problem with the same thing. He has been approved for a liver transplant but other situations have stopped it. You dont know who you are, you get cranky this is the hardest thing I have ever had to go through my whole entire life. I cry because I feel so helpless. If there is anything that I can do let me know. Hang in there.
