Vertigo is awful.
I get it bad sometimes and you describe it as feeling tipsy..I call it "bed spins without the beer."
I have only had 4 or 5 bad episodes where I need to go to bed because sitting up nets bad things. Then after I have a "hang over" for a few days...fuzzy...maybe like the guys talk about in the fog.
But I don't have that often. I have to be really fried for it to happen.
Mostly I have the chronic kind. Every time I am lying down (except the first thing in the morning), I get the spins for about 15 seconds. I stop, breathe, and it stops. I was reading one day and realized thast my eyes must twitch because when I looked at the paper I had been reading it was jumping all over.
So, when I do floor exercises, get up at the drs, have an mri...I have to be careful.
So, I'm thinking of you, hoping this episode goes away.
My ENT says there are exercises that help. Have you seen those? I can't get them to work for me.
