...they all seem to leave it to the doctors, even the P.A.s. And, as I said, I don't have a doctor appt. coming up. I think I'll call the TC again tomorrow and press her on how I can get a script
. As long as this wound is throbbing and causing shrieking pain when packed and unpacked, I feel I should have some kind of relief greater than I'm getting. My leg has not stopped throbbing since I saw the Wound Care P.A. yesterday (and she said she couldn't write a script
.) Now I have the HH nurse coming tomorrow to unpack and repack.
As far as the Lidocaine cream, I doubt it would help as the pain is deep inside.
I have to go put my leg up.
