Mikro looks beautiful! I would definitely find peace and relaxation there! I live near the ocean but it's the popular coastline of southern California! Not so secluded
As per diet, I haven't really changed much. You do need to make sure you are healthy enough and avoid fatty liver disease. Lower salt diet is best for anyone and fluid retention that can happen with any liver disease is better off with a lower salt diet. You still need protein so don't limit too much. Just avoid red meat...as much as possible. Again, since I don't have cirrhosis, I wasn't put on any restrictions...but I don't eat red meat that often anyway. It is the most difficult for your liver to process...that's why they say to restrict it. Just like alcohol, it puts undue stress on your liver. You should avoid alcohol though. That's one thing I won't risk. Sounds like you're doing great with what you're eating!
