6 months ago, I was told I may have hepatitis, because my GGT was in the range of 300, ALT, AST were also elevated.
Things has been going along fine, my GGT has been going back to almost normal until 2 weeks ago, when it shot up to 1209, the following week it is still hover around 1164, although it has dropped a bit, but that drop is not significant to think the worst is over.
I've got gallstones, and am scheduled to get my gallbladder removed early July.
My question is, whether is this caused by the gallbladder? Or something other than that.
I've FMS and Chronic depressant.
I'm on Tramadol, Clonazepham, Valdoxan, occasional Zolpidem, Norspan patch and lately Paracetamol + codeine to manage my sciatica pain. I am also taking Magnesium to help with the muscle and I read on the Hep 101 that Magnesium actually also help with Liver.
So the question I guess is, should I wait and see if the gallbladder removal will make any significant change to my LFT. How bad will a person's GGT be when it start scarring, and what is the cause of action then?
