Thanks for checking in. I really haven't had anything new going on. I've been reading everyone's posts, but didn't feel the need to keep saying I'm feeling fine on my own thread :) I really was expecting it to be a lot different and it easily could have been. I definitely feel very fortunate and grateful that I've had a relatively easy treatment.
Monday is my last day of treatment and I will do all labs again on Tuesday.
At last appointment on the 14th, Dr said I'll test at 12 weeks and then that's it. I was expecting to test again at 24 weeks and when I asked him he said that it's so rare to be undetected at 12 weeks and not 24, that the 24 week thing is on it's way out (as well as the early testing we've all been doing). He said we could still test at 24 weeks if I wanted and I said no, that's ok. But after thinking about
it, I think I'll be emailing him soon :)
Basically he said I'm back to my regular general Dr now and I'm done with this unless liver numbers ever look weird in a general test sometime down the road. Seems weird and sudden, but good at the same time...
I'm still around and am just trying to get back into a rhythm. Worked like a week and a half's hours in 3 days a couple weeks ago due to an emergency at work :)
Talk to you soon!
