It's perfectly normal to feel that way....in fact, it would be odd if you DIDN'T feel that way. ESLD is a very emotional time for caregivers and family. Often the afflicted one is young by today's standards and it just doesn't seem fair. I myself feel sad for you today, it's never easy to lose a parent. It's a healthy way to feel though so don't apologize ever, for that.
Smash a glass, have a good cry, tell Dad a funny joke, whatever it takes to get you through this day. One day at a time. Glad you made your Mom a meal, sometimes it's the little things that make the difference. Thinking of you a lot.
