Confused on HBV report- need help

Hello:
I am 36 of age. Carrying HbsAg for more than 15 20 years ..
In 2015 I checked my HBV DNA and it was more than 49000000.. copies(same clinic)
In 2016 I re check it was 25000 copies (same clinic)
In MAY 2017 rechecked and it was “lower than limit” (same clinic)
In SEP 2017 rechecked and it was “Undetected” (same clinic)
But in 0CT 2017 after 15 days to verify I have rechecked the viral load from different clinic and it found 37000 copies
My
ASLT 30 cutoff rate 42 and above
HbeAg- Negative
HbsAge- Positive

Hi Khanfahim and welcome,
Has your viral load fluctuated over the 15 years of infection? I would think your negative hbeag would be a mostly mild course. Have you had a biopsy or fibroscan to check for damage during your active period?

Has your dr discussed treatment with you? If your not drinking alcohol or on medication, I would have that conversation.

You didn't give me much history of your infection. Were you mostly healthy during your 15 to 20 years?
