Either one is a possibility. I just wanted to make sure that all of you feel like you're getting some support and answers because we seem to be a bit slow lately. Is everyone doing okay?

Serious January Hibernation mode.......

That's what I attribute it to! I know I'd love a day with a good movie, a fleece blanket, my Golden Retriever and maybe that ever so helpful heating pad.......

Maybe others are just chilling out. Two recent magazine purchases had new years resolutions from the editors. Both said they were going to turn off their cell phones more and unplug the computer. Instead of the usual - dieting, exercising.......I thought that was random and possibly useful tips. I've been forcing myself not to get online as much. Not that browsing here hasn't been helpful to me - you've all been a Godsend, thank you so much - but it is kinda nice to just stay offline somedays!

Hello to all and hope everyone is feeling good. the site does seem to have slowed down recently. I have noticed.  However this is coming from a frequent 'lurker' and a just occasional responder if you will.  I mostly 'lurk' to see how everyone is doing as I'm invested in how you all are.  I actually frequent another site too and find all of the mods to be fantastic.  I also have been back to working a lot of hours so, often just taking a quick peak.  Again, hope you're all doing well or at least a bit better.  Sarita- don't forget to take care!  Med school is insanely intense (not that i know from personal experience- lol-but from working psych in hopsitals, I've seen plenty of MD interns and residents pass through) but the payoff is incredible!   :)  However, the two things they don't seem to do well (NOT by any fault of theirs) are eat and sleep!  Make sure that's one rule you break, OK?  Happy New Year to all.

LOL carell, I walk around campus like a zombie most days and didn't even make it to class today, but at least I can read up on lower extremity nerve lesions on my own time (while petting the kitties...ahh). When I'm out there in the hospital in a year and a half, I'll have something else comin' to me! Yes, everyone, please take care of yourselves. We are WAY too past the holidays to still be blah!
