Peppermint tea?

Has anyone tried this and has it worked?  I have a friend who has IBS and sh said it worked wonders on her...I'm going to get some tomorrow and try it.  I'll keep you updated on how it works for me =)

Oh yeah. Peppermint, acai berry, ginger, I use all the works. I drink about 3-4 cups of tea per day lately and love it. Don't think it helps my guts at all but at least it keeps me hydrated! Some people swear that ginger tea works for nausea, that peppermint tea works for indigestion, etc. What I say is: if it works for you, do it! Give it a whirl, it won't hurt by any means!

Ginger is known to aid with stomach upset, infact it's excellent for the digestive system...peppermint tea gives me heartburn, I know it's suppose to soothe but for me it doesn't.

My bum is broken....there's a big crack down the middle of it!  LOL  :)

yeah  yes work sort of all people think different teas work try fennel chamomile to
