Skinny poos, discuss!

I'm trying to figure this one out, get it 3 days in a row, than normal 3 days.  Food related?  I know a bunch of people have talked about this, maybe we can figure it out together.

Hey sophie,
I wonder if you thin poop has anything to do with intestinal spasms. It could happen. It is not uncommon for IBSers to have funny shapped BMs.

When I get really messed up, I swear the insides of my colon walls feel swollen and inflamed. And very irritated. My bm are thin and different than when I feel well (still having multiple bms a day though). When it gets like this it takes 1 to 2 days before my gut calms down. But when it's going on, I'm not feeling great.

For some strange reason skinny poops are a common symptom for IBS, they are also a common symptoms for people with crohn's that have stricturing issues.

:)
My bum is broken....there's a big crack down the middle of it! LOL :)
