Hey everyone hope you all are well wanted to come through and share how my meeting with my new nutritionist went.I made it there real early had to be there by 11:15am and the mornings is when my symptoms act up the most but I made sure I used my bathroom before leaving hoping for that I would not have to use their public restrooms several time.Ok so I got there registered and went to wait in the waiting good I was talking to myself and God the whole time telling myself your going to be alright if you need to use the restroom you know where it is no big deal and asking God please do not let me have to use the bathroom several times lol.I was feeling a little constipated feeling back at home I did not fully have enough bms to feel alright.I was sitting next to a woman then all of a sudden I started feeling my intestines move some things along then I started getting flatulance I was like AAAAAHHHH!!!!! in my head noooooooo!!!!!! right away I head to the restroom to let them rip thought that was it but had to run back several other times included when I was finally called in to meet with the nutritionist.I was so embarrassed but he nutritionist let me know it was ok she understood luckily I did not let one out while in the office with her. Finally after my last trip to the restroom everything was calm and peaceful in my system.I was able to sit and really listen to the nutritionist and her suggestions much better then my old nutritionist the new one really pinpointed the problem with the possibility of me having Candida and food intolerances she wants me on a yeast gluten sugar dairy free diet.Yes and she made it so that I would have more options of great tastings foods to eat that I will tolerate along with a new probiotic Cuturelle which I've seen many of you on here mention. She also gave me a protein powder that I could take to help me put on weight since I hardly ate any foods that help put weight on me cause I do not eat as much as I should.I was so happy with this new diet she said I should start feeling better hopefully and hopefully putting on some weight and keeping it on.It gave me so much hope that this may work I'm on this diet for three weeks till the next time I meet with her I pray this will have me feeling good and great all the time and I can get back to loving my life again and getting out more.I can not wait to get paid so I can shop for my new foods but the hard thing that is going to be hard is staying away from sugar I can not have any sugar substitues either no sweets that means strictly staying away from chocolate my love but if I need some sort of sweet thing I can have non dairy dark chocolate. But it is important that I stay away from sugar all together cause that could be my main cause of my stomach upset and in the end I'll feel a whole lot better and healthier cause sugar they say is really not good for you.Well I will let you guys know how the diet is going for me and my progress hopefully I'll be able to report back with good news till then wishing you all good digestive health. smilewinkgrin

Great news!!!! :-)
Thanks for the update, jtaurus.
Wishing you all the best with your new diet... YOU CAN DO IT!

BTW - Culturelle is awesome! I take it at night before bed and don't have ANY problems with it. Best part is that it doesn't need to be refrigerated... I take it everywhere I go.
