I have been dealing with ibs for about 3 years. My web research took me to a website on "Salicylates" a year ago. I started using a chart on foods that were low to high in salicylates. ( 5 columns ) As long as I stay with foods in columns 1-3, I have NO IBS. If I venture into columns 4 & 5, the next day I will have problems.
This same chart is used for ADHD, even though I do not have ADHD, it has worked for me.
