I, like you, have a phobia of getting sick. I will do everything in my power to not puke. The phobia is called emetophobia and it is quite common among IBSers. You are definitely not alone.
Do you feel bloated? Do you think the pain you're feeling could be gas?
Ginger is GREAT for nausea. Have you tried it?
