I was wondering if I should be bringing anything along with me? I've been reading around and thought maybe I should keep a diary of my symptoms with a food diary and what not up until my appointment to show the doc? I going (finally) to ask about the trouble I've been having with my tummy and constant D. I've always had a nervous stomach that would lead to D, but for the past two years or so I rarely had a normal stool and Imodium is always in the house and in my pocketbook. I know, I've waited much too long, but I'm going. I just assumed this was something that comes along with my anxiety, but it happens far too frequently to be just anxiety related. Thanks!!

It would be a good idea to right down what your bowel habits are like and all other bowel related issues you have along with any questions you might have for him/her.

My bum is broken....there's a big crack down the middle of it! LOL :)

Just try and write all your symptoms down and your questions and frankly if you can take someone with you it helps to have 2 people to remember everything or you could take a tape recorder. Be sure and take a list of your meds.Don't even mention that you thought it might be anxiety or nerves cause Doctors will jump on that easy as pie.
