I've have one of those days. You know the one where you think you're in the clear because you've already ran to the bathroom three times that morning and it seemed your guts were out of ammo. One of those days where we do our own IBS version of the Dine N' Dash. But my guts seem to be doing everything in reverse today. I started off with D and just the urgent feeling of "Ok time to go now" and able to make my way to the ladies room in a somewhat leisurely manner. Now it's three hours later and I'm dashing to the bathroom with a case of bile D that gets more solid the more I go. Oh and the less in my system the more pain I'm in. I think my guts think it's Opposite Day.

I took one of my pills so I'm going to be just fine. It's more annoying then anything today. I've had MUCH worse days and survived. I have the option today of just lying in my spot with my heating pad( best invention ever next to 2ply toilet paper with Aloe) and catching up on some craft projects. I just thought it was so weird that it's going in reverse today. It goes to show that once you think you have it figured out so that you can work with it, it throws you for a loop.

You can say that again!

I am glad you are feeling better, LadyFrog!
