Thank you so much for responding. I've been adding lots of fiber and water to my diet. Fruits (grapes, apple with the peel, peaches). I'm having a bowl of total cereal each morning. I’ve experienced constipation sometime ago where I had a really hard time passing the BM. Once it was out my system went back to normal. I'm trying really hard to manage my stress level. My husband expects me to just stop thinking negative. It's not easy.
