Hello everybody!
A while back i suffered from constant stomach pain and nausea. It was quite terrible, i was anxious and annoyed by it. about 4 weeks ago the pain finally stopped after 3 months of suffering. Then a few weeks later i went and did something stupid - i got drunk. The day after my stomach pain was back, worse than ever, i even had horrible cramps. The cramps seem to be gone now but now i'm back to suffering the same constant pain and nausea.
The pain is like a pressure just above my navel and i feel gassy, but i don't think i am. I have no problems farting or pooping when i need to. I also have no diahrrea - can IBS be without diahrrea?
The first time i had these pains docs took bloodtests, palpitated my tummy and took xrays, noting was found. Is it safe to assume that i suffer from the same thing as i was suffering from earlier, instead of something new? Thats what i try to think logically, but i have fears over someting worse, like perhaps a blockage in my intestines or something. Being anxious is worse than the pain, even though the pain sucks too :(
Also sometimes bending over hurts in my tummy.

Hi Sarabi,
If you're not having any trouble passing gas or stool, then you most likely do not have a blockage. You can rule that out. You could just have a bug or acid reflux. Did your doc test you for h.pylori? Did s/he take a stool sample? Did your doc mention gallbladder? Are you on any meds for anything?
If I were you I'd start with something as simple at eating yogurt on a daily basis. The good bacteria in yogurt can usually help balance out the gut in about 2 weeks.
If you're still worried and unsure, you might want to consider seeing a Gastroenterologist.
