So I figured out I accidentally ate banana this morning. Bananas are my one trigger food that I know without a doubt I cannot eat because I bloat terribly.
There was bread sitting on the counter, and I wanted a mid-morning snack. I figured it was zuccini bread, so I had a slice. Well, dumb me, I can't really tell the difference between zuccini and banana bread, and it turned out to be banana bread. I can't even eat it in a bread, because it always always does the bloat thing. Does anyone else have a trigger food that they know will always do bad things to them?
