Hey guys I'm home yet again as usual on a beautiful Sunday afternoon looking out my window at people passing by enjoying the beautiful day.I'm stuck at home after eating not being able to go out to enjoy this beautiful day hate the word cant but it's true.It does not help either that I've been craving real foods and it does not help that I watch the Food Network most of the time.My mouth salivates from some of the good food that I see and I get intense cravings for that particular food lol.I've been craving pasta lately like something serious sphagetti with marinara sauce with shrimp and grilled chicken with mounds of gratted parmesean cheese. It's so intense other foods I eat which is my IBS foods lol I imagine it's a plate of pasta lol,but pasta now for some reason is my enemy.I think cause of the sphagetti sauce the acididy from the tomatoes and also the chesse those things bother me.If I do have pasta I cant over do it and I love pasta.I've also been craving rich decident desserts like a brownie bowl before IBS I used to kill that in one sitting lol.Vanilla ice cream on top of a hot fudgey decident brownie with hot fudge and whip cream with nuts and a cherry on top.Lol oh Lord that was my dessert of choice before IBS had no problems having a second serving of that.I'm going crazy but I know I can never have that dessert again without it taking havoc on my system.I miss eating real foods I mentioned I was a huge foody I loved food and loved eating out trying new foods anything I wanted. Now it's a thing of the past I'm limited to a few foods that agree with me and they are so bland not having a wide variety of things you can eat sucks. It's like the foods I used to be able to eat I'm allergic to them this is what makes me so angry at times. It's crazy cause I caught a show again on the Food Network lol about adult picky eaters people who by choice only eat one kind of foods and hate other types of foods cause they make them sick or have anxiety about that food.Example one person only ate grilled cheese sandwiches and fries all day long cause that is the only thing they can tolerate and eat without making them sick.Wow that's crazy at least my variety is kind of wide some just living on bread sticks alone that was one womans case. Some were working through thier problems by going to therapy to see if they can get over thier fear of certain foods to try to eat them.I was never a picky eater when I was young I ate everything my mom fed me lol besides spicy foods lol I do not enjoy prickiling heat when I eat lol.I ate anything I felt like eating before IBS now nothing really I just wish this would go away one day wake up and be ok and healed from this.I just wanted to come and share my feelings and day with you all hope you guys are having a good day.I'm looking forward to another show tonight on the Food Network that I've been following the Next Food Network Star real interesting show love the competition aspect of it real good.Anyway hope you all are well and let me know how you are take care all my love. :-) xoxoxoxo

sad   I'm sorry to hear it.
There are nice foods you can have. Like chicken sandwiches, and dairy free ice cream like So Good and other brands. There's dark chocolate that has no milk, and this includes icecream toppings like Ice Magic. A little at a time because the fat can be too much otherwise, but you can have them.
Have you considered using a different pasta sauce, gluten free pasta, and/or cows-milk-free cheese such as goats cheese?
Hope this gets better for you
