I'm sorry to hear it.
There are nice foods you can have. Like chicken sandwiches, and dairy free ice cream like So Good and other brands. There's dark chocolate that has no milk, and this includes icecream toppings like Ice Magic. A little at a time because the fat can be too much otherwise, but you can have them.
Have you considered using a different pasta sauce, gluten free pasta, and/or cows-milk-free cheese such as goats cheese?
