1. boil a glass of water in vessel,
2. crush a small piece of peeled ginger, nearly 2 garlic clove size. Add this crushed ginger to the boiling water.
3. Boil for 10 more minutes. And switch off the heat.
4. Add honey for taste.
Though ginger is said to be good for stomach gas and ache... for some people it causes pain.
