Hey everyone hope you all are well it's been awhile but had to come and share some lol I knew I'd never be rid of the dreaded D for good, but it returned.Everyone gets it it's part of something that happens in the digestive system,I've been so happy that I've been free of it lately.Today I did not expect it coming at all woke up late stomach started cramping a little had one bm thought I was fine!,but later on all of a sudden! There was no warning thought it was going to be another bm but it was the D lol.I know why cause these past couple of days I've been stressed and not eating right skipping meals and just thinking negative. All of that not good for my stomach Lord please let this be the only time in a long time!!!!

Other then that trying to stay calm and not freak out I'm trying to say to myself it was only a one time thing it's a normal thing that everyone gets.I just do not want to experience it everyday! hell to the nooo! I'm fine with just today's episode and that's it!!! I would like it if I did not get it for another ten years lol it's official I hate it more then feeling constipated lol.Well stay well everyone keeping you always in my prayeres take care God bless! smile

Aw that's too bad jt. I was wondering how you were doing. Yeah I hate it when things seem to going very well and then you have a set back like this.

I had my own set back last weekend, rectal spasms and the constipated feeling returned. Not quite C but my insides are swollen, irritated and then I have the painful spasms. That leave you cold and somewhat nauseous afterwards. I used to get into this stage more often in the past now not so much. So when it hits, I know what is coming - a 24+ hour time period of feeling really sick. This time 36 hours. And it seems like all I can do it ride it out.

At least my insides feel more normal now or whatever the heck normal is for my gut now (multiple trips to the john!).

One thing I did recently that seems to have a positive effect on my stool - I'm back to taking my daily vitamins along with fish oil pills. No mess, no cramping, no pain, just easy bm's. Each time. You could always consider fish oil pills. And ironically I started taking them again because my skin is so dry! LOL
