I've posted some threads recently about my chronic constipation and feeling full.  Nothing has helped...I'm almost sure I have gastroparesis (though I haven't been tested) and decided a few days ago to just stop eating when I'm full - even if that's after 5 bites!  All my adult life, I've been so concerned about eating the right foods, getting enough fiber, etc.  I should feel like a million bucks!  Well, so far I do feel less uncomfortable, so we'll see.  Has anyone else tried this with any success?

With IBS you have to learn how to eat all over again.....I did.It works. Some foods are not tolerated anymore others are ok.Eliminate some start over....Trial & error......Either that or suffer....

eating small meals helps to put less stress and not over work your digestion.

You should still see a doctor though.

Coconut water helps with the digestive process, I like to drink Vita Coco after lunch because it tastes good as well as helps with the food disposal.
