Hi everyone!!!!,it's been awhile internet was shut off and could not access this site from my phone.I missed ya'll but back in biznezz!,LOL! things have been good some days not.Still able to eat what I want without experiencing the dreaded D! I got to remind myself to not to over indulge sometimes trust me I pay for it the next day.I'm always hating myself for it the next day wishing I just stopped stuffing my mouth LOL.My sweet tooth always gets me in trouble but I do trying to hold back cause all those sweets hype me up then I crash feeling so tired. That's what sugar will do to you if you have to much of it.My day today started off bad cause of the night before one of those over indulging nights.I needed to get out then started having majaaa anxiety about going out.The reason cause it's been awhile since I've spent hours running back and forth to the toilet to move more of my bms.I was able to get through the last of I call it agony and misery LOL! I just sat on my bed and prayed and took a few deep breaths and said to myself your ok nothing embarrassing will happen it's all in your head!!!! You did what you need to do and just head out you'll be ok! LOL the whole way to my destination was listening to my music trying to calm myself down saying you ok!,you fine! just enjoy your music till you get to your destination LOL!

Things turned out fine got back home and now just chillin trying to distract my mind from negativity over this dam IBS.Lately I've been trying to figure out how to limit the amount of times I spend by myself.Trying to get out more to was able to get out for the fourth had a good old time.So I hope you all are well and blessed till next time take care God bless!!! :)

Hi JT, distraction is a good tool. Welcome back and later I will try to post some suggestions.

Hi jt, I've been thinking about you and had hoped you were feeling well. Like Shawn said, distraction does help. Sometimes I pretend I have a normal colon, lol, patting my stomach as I have these very thoughts. Does it work? Sometimes yes, I especially use this tactic when traveling. If stuck in a rest stop bathroom or large public bathroom with numerous stalls and I know no one will knock on my door, I just close my eyes for a while and do a whole heck of a lot of pretending! Mostly I pretend I'm home, not traveling. This does seem to relax my insides.

Personally, I think we can help eachother a lot around here, by lending advice on what works, what doesn't work for each of us. But when it comes down to it, I think each of us has to figure out the very things that work best for our touchy gut. Because line up 10 IBS patients and they'll all have different symptoms, approaches to their disease.

But for you to be doing this well, that is just awesome.

You take care jt! Nice to hear from you. Pop in from time to time and keep us updated on your progress.
