Is this possible?  My procedure was 2 days ago, now I'm feeling very dizzy and almost vertigo-like.  Is it good to drink electrolytes after colonoscopy, or does your body just re-regulate itself naturally?

Your body will be off for about a week. eat and drink slowly. Maybe it's still the anesthesia effects. Good luck. Rosemary

Hi Debbie,

I am sorry you're not feeling well.  I would call the doctor right now and tell him or her what you are feeling.

Thank you both for your replies.  The feeling passed, for the most part, so I guess I'll wait until Monday to call, unless it gets bad again.  I think it was the suddenness of this feeling that really got to me.  It lasted for about 2 minutes.

Glad your feeling better, a lot of things can do that to a person.
