Hi, Sarah here from Auckland New Zealand.
I'm 30, I've been a vegetarian for 20 years, and after trying for years to figure out what's causing my bloating, pain and other symptoms, I am doing the low FODMAP diet. Results are promising. But I can find hardly any low FODMAP recipes that are vegetarian. Even my dietitian doesn't know any. To make it harder, I'm not having beans or lentils at the mo. But if you have a recipe that is vege based, i can make it and just leave out the meat.
Any help much appreciated!
